Position: Securities Litigation Associate
Location: West Coast (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, or Santa Monica)
Salary: Expected range of $260,000 - $365,000
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes at trial and appellate levels
- Support advocacy efforts before regulators to minimize or avoid enforcement actions
- Collaborate on internal, government, and regulatory investigations
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the NY or CA bar
- 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
