Senior Corporate Transactional Attorney
The candidates will bring with them a portable book of business. Must have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and have mid or large law firm experience in real estate transactions. Responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and closing on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including, acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. Must be an excellent writer with finely honed analytical skills, able to handle multiple matters with independence and sound judgment, and able to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external senior management and real estate and governmental officials as well as with other attorneys of the firm. Should be a Texas licensed senior associate/partner with a thriving real estate transactional practice.
