Job Title: Nonprofit Corporate Attorney
Location: California (multiple office locations)
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Advise nonprofit organizations on formation, 501(c)(3) applications, and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Structure and negotiate complex business transactions, including mergers, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Draft and review corporate governance documents, including bylaws, board policies, and conflict of interest procedures.
- Counsel boards of directors on fiduciary duties and best practices.
- Manage state charitable registration and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- California Bar license.
- 2+ years of experience as a Nonprofit Corporate Attorney.
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
