Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will do motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance claims and litigation. Should have active license to practice law in the State of Florida. Should be self-starter who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is not an entry-level position, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in the core practice areas of the Firm.
