Associate Attorney The candidate work for Hearing Department. Should have 1 Year experience. Should have a strong commitment to disability rights and would like to represent claimants in their applications for Social Security Disability and/or will include pre-hearing development of claimants files, conducting client pre-hearing interviews, seeking and reviewing medical evidence, hearing preparation, drafting hearing briefs, appearing at administrative hearings and clearing any post hearing issues. This is a full time in position based in Syracuse NY. Most hearings will be at the Syracuse NY Hearing Office. Travel will be required from time to time (including overnights) to attend hearings in other regions. Must be admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction and be willing to relocate to beautiful Central New York State.
