**Members Only**, a premier Northwest regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Attorney to join our team. With seven offices across the Pacific Northwest and California, we serve clients in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, natural resources, and more. Our firm has a strong culture of camaraderie, innovation, and a drive to help our clients achieve success.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 10 years of experience in employee benefits law, including designing, drafting, and administering qualified retirement plans and working with clients to correct errors in benefits plans. They should also have experience with benefits and compensation aspects of corporate transactions, as well as a strong understanding of non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements and related tax codes. Strong academic credentials, legal research and writing skills, and a commitment to client service are also important qualities for this role.

This position is based out of our Portland or Seattle office, but candidates from any of our office locations may be considered. The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000, with the potential for higher compensation depending on the candidate's experience and book of business. We also offer a discretionary merit bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
