The Law Firm of Barry E. Janay, . is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and growing team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and make a positive impact on our clients' lives. Responsibilities:

- Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients
- Develop agreements and negotiate contracts
- Set claims and advocate for clients in court
- Maintain and build client relationships
- Communicate and provide updates to clients on their case(s)
- Prepare filings, pleadings, and case summaries
- Conduct legal research

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an Accredited Law School
- Admitted to both the New York and New Jersey bars (or awaiting results)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
