Faegre Drinker, an international law firm, is actively seeking a Corporate Associate with three to six years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled attorney to work on a variety of corporate transactions and provide legal counsel to clients in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position is available in any of our offices located in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters. Candidates with expertise in strategic transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures, are preferred. The candidate should also have experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents.
Faegre Drinker's Corporate Practice Group provides a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Our team is known for its exceptional client service and the ability to handle complex and high-profile transactions. We are seeking a motivated and talented associate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, a strong academic background, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
