Law Firm Seeking Experienced Patent Agent
- Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO
- Conduct prior art searches and analysis
- Engage in practice development activities to build and maintain client relationships
- Provide high-quality legal services to domestic and foreign clients
- Convert provisional and foreign applications into . applications
- Collaborate with intellectual property partners and receive guidance from all partners in the practice group

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or graduate degree) in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, computer engineering, or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience prosecuting or examining patent applications in the electrical arts
- Registered to practice before the USPTO or eligible to sit for the patent agent exam
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
Salary Information:

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a top global law firm, is looking for a Patent Agent to join their award-winning Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of office locations (Silicon Valley, Seattle, Philadelphia, and Washington, .) and has a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. The Patent Agent will be responsible for preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO, while also collaborating with intellectual property partners and receiving guidance from all partners in the practice group.
