Employee Relations Manager, AMZL - Full-time, Human Resources, Experienced (Job ID: 2946417)

Key Responsibilities:
- Mitigate risks by applying expertise in employee and labor relations to identify trends, gaps, and challenges
- Handle crisis management situations by exercising excellent judgment in time-sensitive scenarios
- Independently manage large-scale projects that improve the experience of frontline employees
- Use data and anecdotes to analyze and interpret information, developing persuasive narratives and recommendations
- Communicate effectively through written communication and engaging training sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to share information and drive change
- Problem-solve independently in ambiguous situations and overcome barriers to drive resolutions
- Launch and manage sustainable mechanisms for entire networks

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law
- Experience supporting large hourly workforces
- Successful record of creating, improving, and executing programs at scale
- Skilled in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree, JD, or other specialized training in labor/employee relations
- Experience building and launching programs that measurably impact positive engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and leadership communication
- Accountability, sound decision-making, and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Previous experience in operations management

Salary Information:
- Base pay ranges from $114,600/year to $205,900/year, depending on geographic market and job-related factors
- Total compensation package may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation in addition to benefits such as medical, financial, and more
