Job Title: Legal Assistant, Client Services

Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Assistant, Client Services, acts as an ambassador for the law firm, building relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and genuine care. The primary responsibilities include:

- Initiating, maintaining, and responding to client communication via phone, email, and text throughout the client's planning journey.
- Coordinating with clients to efficiently schedule and confirm all in-person and virtual meetings.
- Collecting, auditing, organizing, and preparing documents for all meetings.
- Accurately creating, editing, and managing client files for both physical and digital systems.
- Regularly updating client information in Lawmatics, the firm's CRM tool.
- Providing general administrative assistance, including updating and maintaining attorney calendars, booking conference rooms, and making travel arrangements for attorneys.
- Working collaboratively as part of the Client Specialist Team, assisting colleagues, and providing client coverage as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- The position is entry-level, requiring candidates to exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Candidates should have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately.
- A passion for helping people and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
- Candidates should be flexible, open to change and improvement, and capable of navigating sensitive information with compassion and confidentiality.
- A positive, team-first attitude is required for every interaction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is necessary.

Salary Information:
- The compensation for this full-time position is $45,000 annually.
