We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled associate to join our labor and employment team at our law firm in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in employer-side litigation and a strong interest in labor and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in all aspects of employer-side litigation, with a focus on class and representative actions for wage and hour and discrimination cases
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in investigations and provide advice to clients on labor and employment matters
- Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys on cases and projects

Qualifications:

- . from an accredited law school with class years 2017 through 2021
- Admission to the State Bar of California (or willingness to take the bar exam)
- 3+ years of experience in a peer law firm in the employment space
- Experience with class actions is highly preferred

Compensation:

- Annual salary range between $310,000 and $435,000
- Salary will be based on qualifications and other operational considerations
