Responsibilities:
- Handle complex disputes across a variety of industries
- Work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Engage with a dynamic pipeline of exciting and fast-paced cases
- Take on significant responsibilities, including managing complex cases and making court appearances
- Conduct and defend depositions, handle mediations, and engage in other tasks typically managed by associates
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of complex litigation and product liability experience
- Strong academic credentials and legal research abilities
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range between $310,000 and $390,000
- Comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package
- Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus
