Real Estate Attorney The candidate will work with a wide range of corporate, private equity, and individual real estate clients on a variety of transactions. Will provide regular support for the M&A practice, on the front-end strategic planning phase of a deal, throughout due diligence, and negotiating operative transaction documents. Should have 3+ years of experience working with commercial real estate transactions; however, fewer years of experience may be considered if such experience has sufficient depth and quality. Should preferably have experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and acquisition loan documents for industrial, multi-family, office, and retail properties, and/or handling title and survey matters attendant with such matters, and/or drafting and negotiating lease agreements for office, retail and industrial properties.
