Job Title: 2026 2L IP Litigation Summer Associate
Job Responsibilities:
As a 2L Summer Associate, you will be entrusted with responsibilities and tasks typically assigned to junior associates. Your duties will include:
- Writing legal documents such as briefs, motions, and client memoranda.
- Participating in depositions and witness preparation.
- Performing in-depth research on relevant case topics.
You will work directly with seasoned lawyers on substantive client matters, receive unparalleled mentorship, and get comprehensive practice and professional skills training. You will also experience the law firm's shared values, inclusive community, and diverse practice areas firsthand.
Education and Experience Information:
- Currently enrolled and in good standing in a full-time . program at an ABA-accredited law school.
- . citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
- Geographical ties to the office where you are interested in interviewing.
- Experience or a strong interest in working in patent litigation.
- Background in engineering, computer science, physics, biochemistry, and/or chemistry.
Salary Information:
Summer associate compensation is set to align with first-year associate salaries at $225,000 annually for the class of 2025. This may be modified in the future. Health and wellness benefits and paid holidays may also be included.
