Job Title: 2026 2L Real Estate Summer Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The 2026 2L Real Estate Summer Associate position at the law firm involves participating in the Summer Associate Program, which is a critical component for recruiting outstanding associates and ensuring the future success of the firm. As a summer associate, candidates will have the opportunity to work on various projects across different practice areas, observe and assist in trials, hearings, depositions, and negotiations, and participate in client meetings and closings. The role also includes:

- Engaging in substantive and challenging work assignments, including Pro Bono matters
- Receiving mentoring from partners and associates
- Working in a collaborative environment
- Participating in writing skills training
- Receiving guidance and detailed feedback on work products
- Networking at various social events
- Attending interactive training workshops including M&A and deposition skills

The firm aims to provide summer associates with a realistic view of practicing law and the tools necessary to take ownership of their careers from day one.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be rising second-year law students who will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. The firm seeks students who exemplify the hallmarks of successful associates, such as innovation, strong communication skills, achievement drive, interpersonal savvy, client service excellence, and the ability to be collaborative team members. Preferred candidates will have outstanding academic credentials and superior writing skills, with membership in Law Review, Journal, or Moot Court.

Salary Information:
The salary wage for this position is $4,327 per week.
