Job Title: IP Litigation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The IP Litigation Associate will be part of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at the law firm. The primary responsibilities include:

- Engaging in intellectual property litigation with a focus on federal circuit cases.
- Conducting thorough legal research, writing briefs, and preparing legal documents.
- Collaborating with a team-oriented approach to support and grow the national practice.
- Navigating complex legal subject matters quickly and effectively.
- Participating actively in all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and appeal.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates interested in the IP Litigation Associate role must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Federal Circuit experience is considered a plus.
- Demonstrated high level of academic achievement.
- Solid experience in a law firm or through clerking.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Salary Information:
The compensation package for the IP Litigation Associate role includes:

- An annual salary ranging from $230,000 to $310,000, depending on experience.
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
