Family Law Paralegal The candidate will assist on family law matters, including the preparation of sworn financial statements, pleadings, notices, and court scheduling. Client intake. Case file management. Document management. Phone Answering. Calendaring. Drafting discovery and responses. Communicating with opposing counsel, clients and court staff. Court filing. An associate's degree or higher is needed. Paralegal certificate or degree is preferred. Should have 1+ years of family law paralegal experience handling paralegal tasks from start to finish.
