Job Title: Products Liability/Toxic Tort Litigation Associate (5+ years)

Job Responsibilities:
The role of a Products Liability/Toxic Tort Litigation Associate involves defending product liability, toxic tort, and other general liability litigation cases. The candidate will be expected to:

- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and defend complex cases.
- Conduct thorough research to support case strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and verbal communication skills in preparing legal documents and presenting arguments.
- Provide superior client service and maintain high levels of professionalism.
- Work independently as a self-starter while also effectively collaborating as part of a legal team.
- Take initiative and responsibility in leading a team to solve problems for clients.
- Engage in trial experience, which is preferred but not mandatory.

Education and Experience:
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in defending product liability, toxic tort, or other general liability litigation. The candidate must also be licensed to practice law in Rhode Island.
