Your Role:
- Draft patent applications (for patent prosecution summer associates)
- Conduct research and draft memos for litigation cases (for patent litigation summer associates)
- Attend client meetings, depositions, and trials
- Explore the city with our attorneys as your guides
- Attend the firmwide Summer Associate Retreat filled with training, networking, and fun
Qualifications:
- Record of academic and professional excellence in science or technology
- Superior writing ability
- Curiosity and motivation to learn
- Good standing as a law student at an ABA accredited law school, with an anticipated graduation date of spring 2027
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to rise to the challenge

Salary Information:
- $4,327/week for 2025 Summer Associates
