Job Title: 2L Summer Associate: Health Care & Life Sciences Practice
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the 2025 Summer Associate Program within the Health Care & Life Sciences practice at the law firm.
- Engage in a broad range of projects typically assigned to junior associates, gaining hands-on experience in legal work.
- Work on client projects, including participating in client calls and attending client meetings to gain practical exposure to client interactions.
- Involve in pro bono projects, such as attending pro bono intake clinics, to contribute to community service and legal aid.
- Assist in client development projects, which may include coauthoring articles, creating client alerts, and helping with presentations to enhance client engagement and communication skills.
- Receive significant training in substantive areas of core practices, including Employment, Labor & Workforce Management, Health Care & Life Sciences, and Litigation and Business Disputes.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be second-year law students.
- Must have a demonstrated interest in health law through education and/or experience.
- Should be ranked in the top third of their law school class.
- Law journal experience is required.
- Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.
Salary Information:
- The expected weekly compensation for the Summer Associate position is $3,555.
