Title: Senior Counsel, Privacy, AI & Data Responsibility, Identity
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee privacy support for Sales and Commercialization Identity teams.
- Develop contract structures, review contracts, and manage complex negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors to ensure privacy compliance and secure data use rights.
- Stay informed about privacy and data protection issues arising from identity verification technologies.
- Engage with the organization on privacy and data-related matters by conducting employee training and raising awareness about relevant regulatory or industry developments.
- Provide regular training sessions and updates about emerging privacy issues to the Global Privacy and Data Protection Team, and develop creative approaches to ensure privacy compliance.
- Actively participate in external speaking engagements on various privacy topics.
Education and Experience Information:
- . law degree required and must be in good standing with a state bar.
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Additional qualifications such as a Master of Laws degree, CIPP/E, or CIPP/US are considered an asset.
- Solid knowledge of global privacy laws, including the GDPR, CCPA, and relevant regulatory guidelines and opinions.
- Demonstrated experience in working with businesses and end customers, leading direct negotiation of complex product-related agreements independently.
- Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytic capabilities and written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience in relationship building and partnering, able to work well in both team and individual settings, including across global jurisdictions.
- Ability to motivate and influence highly skilled professionals to achieve major organizational goals.
Salary Information:
- In line with the company's total compensation philosophy, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience, and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.

- Arlington, Virginia: $187,000 - $300,000 USD
- Atlanta, Georgia: $163,000 - $261,000 USD
- Boston, Massachusetts: $187,000 - $300,000 USD
- Miami, Florida: $163,000 - $261,000 USD
- Purchase, New York: $187,000 - $300,000 USD
