Litigation Attorney The candidate will join the Construction Defect Litigation (developer defense) and CD Risk and General Liability departments. Should have recent litigation experience in one or all of these areas, or general civil litigation. Must have 3+ years of experience with research, writing and legal analysis. Will work closely with partners on complex cases. Deposition experience is a must. Taking/defending expert deposition a plus.
