Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled associate with 2-5 years of experience in Employment Law to join our team. This position can be based in our Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento or San Francisco offices. As part of our Employment group, you will have the opportunity to work on complex class, collective and representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation lawsuits. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to advise employers on a variety of employment issues and conduct workplace investigations and trainings.
We are looking for candidates who are admitted to practice law in California and have excellent academic credentials, as well as strong research, writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will also have employment counseling and/or litigation experience, but we welcome talented attorneys with robust litigation experience and an interest in employment law to apply as well. We offer a collegial and collaborative work environment, as well as hands-on mentoring and excellent advancement opportunities for associates. Salary Information:
- Salary range for 2-5 Year Associate position: $175,000 to $210,000 annually
- Actual compensation will depend on qualifications and experience
