The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a consistent physical presence to facilitate a collaborative environment
- Support a team of attorneys and administrative professionals with daily tasks
- Provide administrative support such as time entry, expense reimbursements, and meeting coordination
- Manage multiple complex calendars
- Handle billing and track account receivable
- Communicate with stakeholders internally and externally
- Conduct research and compile information for projects and initiatives
- Assist with planning and coordinating team events
- Liaise with internal resources to complete projects and tasks
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files
- Perform data entry and proofreading
- Work overtime as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
- At least 1+ years' experience supporting attorneys or C-level executives
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and office equipment
