Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on various tax services
- Oversee calculation and analysis of tax strategies
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide industry knowledge to clients
- Keep up-to-date with current tax practices and law changes
- Provide leadership and supervision to Tax Seniors and Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Master of Tax preferred
- CPA or Bar License required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervising and training experience
- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
