Job Title: Attorney-Employment and Labor Partner
Job Responsibilities:
- Take and defend depositions in employment and labor law cases.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions to influence the outcome of cases before trial.
- Prepare for mediations and trials, ensuring thorough representation of clients' interests.
- Utilize strong writing skills and strategic thinking to develop and implement legal strategies.
- Work collaboratively within the law firm to deliver results for clients.
- Engage in various stages of the litigation process and work with key client teams.
- Maintain a portable book of business to contribute to the firm's client base.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in employment and labor law.
- Prior experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing for mediations and trials is required.
- Strong writing skills and strategic thinking abilities are essential.
- Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
Salary Information:
- The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $250,000.
- Actual pay may vary based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
