Job Title: Bankruptcy Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7 and 13 filings.
- Draft comprehensive legal documents, including petitions, motions, plans of reorganization, and discharge papers, with precision and clarity.
- Advise clients on debt restructuring options, asset protection strategies, and potential litigation risks.
- Negotiate with creditors, trustees, and other stakeholders to reach favorable agreements that align with clients’ financial goals.
- Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and professionalism.

Education and Experience Information:
- Ohio Bar Admission is required.
- Experience practicing bankruptcy law with a strong understanding of federal bankruptcy code and procedures.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate settlements and creditor agreements.
- Prior experience working within a law office environment handling bankruptcy cases is preferred.

Salary Information:
- Pay: $60, - $75, per year
