Law Firm Seeking Complex Litigation and Product Liability Managing Associate
- Passionate and experienced associate with 4-6 years of complex litigation and product liability experience
- Join the Litigation Business Unit in any Orrick office location
- Handle complex disputes across a diverse range of industries
- Highly motivated and creative individual with exceptional interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Engaged with a dynamic pipeline of exciting and fast-paced cases
- Cases include complex commercial, intellectual property, energy, and mass tort lawsuits
H2: Responsibilities
- Manage complex cases and work directly with clients
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Make court appearances at key hearings
- Handle mediations
- Engage in other tasks typically managed by associates
H2: Qualifications
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and creative individual
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong team-oriented mindset
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research abilities
- Superb writing and oral communication skills
- Experience in product liability is essential
- Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred

H2: Compensation and Benefits
- Expected salary range between $310,000 and $390,000
- Comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package
- Based on Orrick's estimate as of date of publication and subject to modification in the future
- Level of pay within range depends on job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, and geography
- Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus
