E-Discovery Attorney The candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted in good standing to the state bar of at least one . jurisdiction. Should have 3 years of experience supporting electronic discovery projects to join the firm's national e-Discovery practice on a contract basis (1-3 month assignment with the ability to be extended). Should have extensive experience managing and participating in large-scale ESI document reviews using Relativity or another major review platform, supervising document production, instructing project managers on processing/loading specifications, etc. Should have excellent writing and analytical skills (including Technology Assisted Review), and 3 years working as a Staff Attorney, Litigation Associate, or Contract Attorney with a primary emphasis on discovery and document review. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) license is considered a plus.
