Job Title: Intellectual Property Associate - Litigation
Job Responsibilities:
The Intellectual Property Associate will be responsible for engaging in patent litigation for a diverse client base, both nationally and internationally. The role requires collaboration within a client-focused, team-oriented environment. The associate will be expected to utilize their expertise in intellectual property law to effectively represent clients, manage cases, and contribute to the overall success of the litigation team. The position involves a hybrid work model, typically requiring two to three days in the office.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should possess one to three years of experience in intellectual property litigation. A background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is highly encouraged. Experience as a federal judicial law clerk is also advantageous. The role demands excellent academic credentials, along with strong written and oral communication skills.
Salary Information:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $175,000 - $255,000. The actual initial salary may vary based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of the position. This salary range is part of the law firm's total compensation and benefits package, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
