Job Title: Experienced Family Law Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and organization of legal documents related to family law, including divorce, child custody, and other related matters.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery documents.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with clients for gathering necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain client confidentiality and provide exceptional client service.
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and manage attorney calendars.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Education and Experience Information:
