Job Title: Financial Services Global Structuring - Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's legal entity information database with a focus on tax attributes.
- Lead teams and oversee client accounts, emphasizing strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
- Ensure project success and uphold exceptional standards, motivating and inspiring team members to deliver quality work.
- Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations and implement technology-enabled solutions for tax advisory.
- Drive digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies in the department.
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone and act to resolve issues preventing team effectiveness.
- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet company/client expectations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant fields.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is required.
- Master of Laws in Taxation preferred.
- Experience with private equity ownership structures.
- Knowledge of . tax concepts and classifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in automation and digitization.
- Ability to build and utilize client relationships.
- Experience in supervising teams for tax compliance.
- Ability to coach staff with meaningful feedback.
- Experience in developing new relationships and selling services.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
