- Preparing comprehensive reports and delivering presentations to senior claim leadership on case developments, policy issues, and industry trends.
- Collaborating with business partners to evaluate and address claim trends and developments.
- Providing superior customer service by addressing inquiries from agents and policyholders.

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a law degree considered a plus. Commensurate experience may also be acceptable.
- A minimum of seven years of experience handling complex litigated bodily injury claims is required.

- Candidates should possess excellent strategic thinking ability, execution skills, negotiation skills, and advanced technical claim handling skills, including knowledge of coverage and tort laws.
- A full understanding of damages issues related to high-value bodily injury and property damage claims is essential.
- Strong ability to analyze coverage and liability issues, manage time limit demands, and assess extra contractual exposures and other complex issues.
