Job Title: Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and deliver legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and other types of legal documents.
- Possess a wide knowledge of legal processes such as Family Court Actions, Estate Planning, Probate actions, Bankruptcy, and Contracts to accurately support the team and client base regarding legal document preparation needs.
- Assist in drafting and editing legal documents per the client's request.
- Assist clients in preparing for trials and hearings.
- Organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
- Provide clients with procedural guidance in the process of legal disputes.
- Interview clients and witnesses to obtain information.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing in-person clients, scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing documents for clients, and managing calendars.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required: At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal.
- Preferred: Certified Notary Public or willingness to obtain notary certification.
- Preferred: Legal Document Preparation Certification.
- Preferred: Paralegal Certificate.

Salary Information:
