Job Title: Toxic Tort Attorneys
Job Responsibilities:
The Toxic Tort Attorney will work within the law firm's Toxic Tort law practice group. The primary responsibilities include:
- Extensive involvement in litigation processes, particularly in toxic tort law, although a minimum of 3 years of experience in general liability litigation is required.
- Acting as lead or second counsel in depositions, motions, and trials.
- Delivering superior client service and fostering long-lasting professional relationships within and outside the law firm.
- Demonstrating proven skills in writing, analysis, and research, essential for successful litigation outcomes.
Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate should have clerked or have been a member of law review, which indicates a strong academic and professional background.
- Excellent academic credentials are mandatory.
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York, with an additional license in New Jersey being advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is required, preferably within the toxic tort law field.
Salary Information:
- The yearly salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $275,000. This range accommodates all experience levels.
- The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and the location where the position is filled.
