Job Title: Pre-Suit Attorney, Personal Injury

Job Responsibilities:
The Pre-Suit Attorney in the Personal Injury department at the law firm is responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients who have been injured due to another's negligence. The primary duties include evaluating the merits of personal injury cases through legal research and analysis. The attorney must possess strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage a demanding caseload. This involves supervising and providing professional and courteous direction to the support team, along with showing empathy towards clients. The role also requires the attorney to focus on finding creative solutions to the issues faced by clients and to be knowledgeable about the medical issues that arise in personal injury cases. Although not a requirement, the ability to generate new business and contribute to the firm's growth is advantageous. Additionally, while the position is primarily for a pre-suit attorney, there may be opportunities to participate in litigation, making litigation experience a plus.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be licensed attorneys in good standing with the Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history. A minimum of seven years of experience in personal injury law is required. The candidate should demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude, a diligent work ethic, and the ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment. Strong writing skills and experience in legal writing are also essential.

Salary Information:
The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience and contributions to the firm.

Schedule:
