Job Title: Associate Sales Executive, GLLF

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Sales Executive will join the Global Large Law Firm customer segment to sell WestLaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products to the legal community in North America. Key responsibilities include:

- Driving Results: Identify the best engagement channels with customers, primarily virtual, unless travel is warranted by value. Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies.
- Closing: Prospect new customers, validate needs, shape product plans, and support other Sales Executives in setting up demos.
- Relationship Management: Focus on acquiring new logos and mid-contract upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals. Obtain feedback from attorneys on product usage to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Proposition: Possess core knowledge across products within the sub-segment and engage Solutions Consultants for deep product expertise to drive closure.
- Reporting: Utilize an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include the number of appointments set, total revenue of deals closed from appointments set, minimizing lead-to-response time, and tracking qualifying data in Salesforce to score leads properly.
- Client & Market Intelligence: Understand specific customer archetypes and needs prevalent within the sub-segment and territory.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment is required.
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is required; a Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred.
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
- Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is desired; the ability to utilize Sales Engagement is incredibly helpful.
- Knowledge and background in the legal profession are helpful but not required.
- High level of competency with internet, periodical, and internal prospecting.
- Proficient database management skills.

Salary Information:
The target total cash compensation range varies across locations in the United States. Unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $73,850 - $137,150. This includes both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on factors such as an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program, which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other well-being programs.
