Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:

- An active Massachusetts License, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Active New England Bar Licensure or the ability to transfer UBE scores, which is considered a plus.
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Insurance Defense, demonstrating familiarity with the field and necessary expertise.
- Experience with labor and employment law is considered advantageous.
- Preferred experience in writing motions, summarizing depositions, and preparing for trial, showcasing a well-rounded skill set.
- The ability to work independently from the initiation of a lawsuit through to settlement or trial, indicating a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
