Commercial Litigation - Department Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of law firm experience litigating matters involving catastrophic casualty claims, premises liability, dram shop, commercial and residential construction and property disputes, transportation & logistics, product liability, insurance, and other complex torts and business disputes. Should have experience defending individual, insurance, and corporate clients. Should have demonstrated proficiency in written and oral advocacy skills and excellent academic credentials.
