Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate finance transactions, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, intercreditor agreements, and preferred equity transactions
- Represent both lenders and borrowers in real estate finance deals
- Manage "dirt" real estate transactions, such as joint ventures, purchase and sales, ground leases, and development deals
- Work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment
- Provide excellent written work product
- Utilize strong academic credentials to excel in the role

Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing skills
- Previous experience in real estate finance and/or "dirt" real estate transactions
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
- References will be required

Salary:
- Junior to mid-level associate: expected to be between $225,000 - $390,000 annually
- Senior associate: expected to be between $420,000 - $445,000 annually
- Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law
