The **Members Only** is seeking experienced prosecutors to join our Felony Trial Division in the four felony trial bureaus. This position offers an opportunity to handle a variety of felony cases and make a difference in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Prosecuting a variety of felony offenses including attempted murders, robberies, burglaries, gun possessions, assaults, arsons, larcenies, vehicular homicides, and more.
- Handling all aspects of trial preparation, including case enhancement, discovery compliance, and motion practice.
- Representing the bureau in suppression hearings and prosecuting both jury and nonjury trials.
- Examining witnesses from various fields, including forensic biology, pathology, ballistics, and criminology.

Qualifications:
- . degree and active membership in the New York State bar in good standing.
- At least 3 years . experience.
- Prior jury trial experience.
- Extensive knowledge of New York Penal and Criminal Procedure Laws.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Salary:
- Commensurate with experience, ranging from $96,000 to $114,675.
