Corporate Associate – Public Companies and Capital Markets

Job Responsibilities:
The Corporate Associate specializing in Public Companies and Capital Markets will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks related to public company reporting compliance and governance. The position includes managing day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, such as SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. The candidate will also be expected to represent either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions. This includes working on IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs), and at-the-market offerings. Additionally, experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is considered advantageous for this role.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess 4-6 years of experience in public company and capital market sectors. The role requires substantial knowledge and experience in public company reporting compliance, governance, and capital market transactions. Experience with technology and life sciences companies is preferred, although not mandatory.

Salary Information:
The compensation for this role ranges from $310,000 to $390,000, depending on the candidate's year classification. In addition to the base salary, discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
