Responsibilities:
- Maintain the firm's litigation calendar and assist with docketing
- Review litigation documents for relevant dates and accurately enter them into the docketing system
- Collect and update information on attorneys and assist with knowledge management initiatives
- Search and extract information from court-related databases and applications
- Comply with administrative policies and assist with department projects
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to work well in a team
- Familiarity with court systems and rules
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managing attorney/clerk's office at a large law firm
- Proficient in calendaring software such as CourtAlert
