The Towne Law Firm, . is a highly reputable law firm located in Albany, New York. We are currently seeking an Associate with 1-3 years of experience in litigation and business law to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for growth and potential for advancement in their career.

Responsibilities:

- Admitted to practice in the State of New York and Northern District of New York required, other jurisdictions a plus
- Draft agreements, briefs and appellate briefs
- Draft/Respond complaints, motions, discovery, and meet & confers
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients
- Occasional court appearances
- Document all legal action and communication in case files through firm software
- Immigration law experience is a plus

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of general experience in litigation and business law
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York and Northern District of New York required, other jurisdictions a plus
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Immigration law experience is a plus

Salary and Benefits:
