H1: Virtual Legal Support Assistant Position Available at Nationwide Law Firm

H2: Department Overview

The Virtual Legal Support Team at the law firm handles a variety of legal support functions for their three service lines: Direct Support, Document Processing, and New Matter Intake.

H2: Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience drafting pleadings in a law firm setting required
- Strong proficiency in MSFT Teams preferred
- Previous remote work experience preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Basic understanding of litigation workflow preferred

H2: Responsibilities

- Review and data entry for new matters
- Organize and name incoming documents in the firm's Document Management System (iManage)
- Prepare confidential and sensitive legal documents using templates and forms within Microsoft Suite Programs, Kofax Power PDF, and other firm software
- Convert documents, replace text, run document comparisons, mark and run tables of content and authorities, mail merges, create fillable forms, and edit presentations

H2: Salary Information

The annual salary for this position is $45,000 or per hour.
