This role reports to the Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager. **Responsibilities of the Premises Pre-Suit Attorney** - Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work - Complete the Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases - Guide clients through the lifecycle of their case - Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents - Complete turndown approval for viability issues - Oversee formation of demand packages & settlement negotiations - Manage the release approval process - Manage a team of multiple Case Managers - Focus on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of Florida - Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team - Handling of Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements and other pre-litigation duties as required - Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager **Requirements** - Law degree from a fully accredited law school - An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association - 3+ years of personal injury or premises liablity experience - Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases - Ability to manage multiple Case Managers - Excellent client service and communication skills - Strong leadership skills - Self-starter driven by long-term career goals - Superior writing and oral advocacy skills **Salary & Benefits** This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
