Duties

  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff.
  • Conducted case analyses and developed strategic approaches for diverse immigration matters.
  • Oversee case management from initial intake through filing and processing.
  • Draft supplemental statements, rebuttals, responses to Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), and Requests for Evidence (RFE).
  • Prepare and file immigration applications and motions with USCIS/EOIR.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support applications and filings.
  • Review applications for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Prepared clients for interviews and represented them in court or at USCIS interviews.
  • Respond promptly to immigration inquiries while meeting all government-imposed deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate client files and organize evidence supporting eligibility.
  • Document case management notes in the client management system for continuity.

Requirements

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
  • Active membership in any . state bar.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Strong case management experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a motivated team player.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and organizing detailed case files.
