Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute US and foreign patent applications
- Provide counsel on IP matters

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree
- Bar admission in PA, NJ, and/or DE (preferred but not required)
- Patent bar eligibility
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Strong academic records
