Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a California General Liability Paralegal with MG+M, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include monitoring case filings, drafting pre-trial and dispositive motions, reviewing and evaluating discovery documents, and composing case assessments and evaluations for attorneys. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your billable time and working collaboratively with attorneys and other paralegals to achieve our clients' goals.

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in General Liability Defense litigation and a . Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required. We are looking for candidates with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective problem-solving abilities and proficiency with legal systems such as Westlaw, File & Serve Xpress, and PACER are also preferred.
